Implement and maintain SAP DRC (Document, Risk and Compliance) / GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) - NFe solutions. Ensure compliance with fiscal and tax regulations. Conduct risk assessments and internal audits related to the NFe process. Develop and document DRC/GRC policies and procedures. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure process integration and efficiency. Monitor and resolve incidents and issues related to SAP DRC/GRC NFe. Provide training and support to end-users on system usage. Coordination of external service providers and IT suppliers; Multiples interface with CoC.
