- Must know how to drive a motorcycle
- With driver’s license
- With NBI, POLICE and BARANGAY Clearance
- With two government issued ID’s
- With proof of billing of current residence
- Certificate of employment from former employer or Certificate of good moral character from teacher or guidance counselor or barangay captain
