About the Role
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or CRM/Sales Enablement Project Management
- Hands‑on experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
- Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, Shipping, or Supply Chain industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills—you can track multiple tasks and keep things moving
- Basic knowledge of BI reporting tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, or other)
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and process documentation
- Be a problem‑solver who enjoys supporting teams and making processes run smoothly
- (Desirable) Experience working in fast‑growing or complex sales environments
- (Desirable) Prior experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or CRM Support
