Working Pattern
35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The role follows a Thursday to Monday schedule:
- Thursday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
- Friday to Monday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales.
As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s) – from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for:
- Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales
- Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance
