Responsibilities- Assist in report, presentation, and document preparation for both internal and external communications, and in compliance with established brand guidelines.
- Handle Salesforce account of each sales person – adding quotes, drafting quotes, processing orders.
- Manage communication with vendors and customers.
- Keep up‑to‑date communication and reports.
- Attend to head of Sales needs.
- Act as point of contact for logistics and shipment of orders.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Work independently and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
- Process all orders for accounts and work with customer service to ensure accurate entry and timely shipments.
- 2 years of Sales Coordinator experience (required).
