Part of our Food and Beverage team on our River vessels, the Maître D’Hotel ensures a friendly and professional service in the restaurant, bar, lounge and the sundeck to the fullest satisfaction of our guests and in accordance with Viking Standards and Operating Procedures. The Maître D’Hotel reports to Hotel Manager.

What you will do onboard

• Manage the entire Food and Beverage service operation on board, including restaurant, bar, lounge, and sundeck.
• Supervise and support professional, sales‑oriented service.
• Ensure the correct use of MXP WOS and adherence to SOP procedures.
