Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and driven Resourcing Team Leader to lead and develop a high-performing temporary healthcare resourcing team. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deployment of candidates into client shifts, maintaining audit-ready compliance files, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
