About the Role
The Record to Report (R2R) Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting activities. This role focuses on managing fixed assets, performing general ledger accounting, and executing bank reconciliations in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Fixed Assets Management
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and compliance with capitalization policies.
- Record asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation in the accounting system.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation between the fixed asset register and the general ledger.
General Ledger (GL) Accounting
- Prepare and post journal entries for month‑end closing activities.
