Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical

Job Title: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor Work Location: Bengaluru Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying. Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing systems (water supply and drainage), Firefighting systems, Gas systems etc. Proven experience in preparing quantity take-offs for all the above systems. Proficient in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel Experience in preparing technical specifications for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, Fire protection, and LPG. (Preferred) Familiarity with medical gas systems will be considered an added advantage.
