Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
- Handle measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Manage project costing, variation orders (VO), and progress claims.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers and government authorities.
- Monitor project costs to ensure work stays within budget.
- Prepare reports related to project costing and financial status.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in construction industry.
- Experience handling JKR-related documentation or government projects is an added advantage.
