Quality Control Executive

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shoe products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and corrective actions taken, using software systems.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists tailored to shoe Industry.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality issues and communicate findings to management.
• Work closely with warehouse staff, production teams, and management to address quality-related concerns.
• Manage and Supervise team of Quality checkers and give them Quality Checking plans.

Qualification
