Project Quantity Surveyor (Measurement)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 25 years of experience in the UAE specializing in quantity takeoff. The role involves accurately measuring and quantifying materials from drawings and specifications to support cost estimation tendering and project execution.

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements
• Analyze drawings to identify material and scope requirements
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting and tender preparation
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and practices
• Maintain organized records of measurements and supporting documentation

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
• 25 years of relevant experience in the UAE
