Project Quality Specialist

Location: Preferred location: Gdańsk (remote role).We are looking for an experienced Project Quality Specialist who will support the project management team in all quality‑related matters — including supplier and subcontractor quality as well as customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead the implementation, assessment, and improvement of processes across the entire project value chain, ensuring high quality standards, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.

How you’ll make an impact:

Cooperate with the customer on all Project Quality topics and take full ownership of actions required to resolve issues.

Enable and coach project team members in evaluating risks, problems, and solutions from a quality and stakeholder/customer perspective.

Analyze lessons learned and transferability of experience across projects.
