About the Role
1. Project Manager/Engineer
- Project planning, execute resource management and control
- Co‑ordinate with sub‑contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works
- Arrange and monitor work progress
- Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery
- Prepare documents for electrical testing
- Rectify and repair electrical issues at site
- Prepare and submit tender quotations
- Submit progress claims, monitor project activities
- ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/engineering or Equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting
- Good Knowledge of Nursing Home / HDB Experience
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese
- AutoCAD/BIM/ Revit Knowledge will be an advantage.
