Project Manager – Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Program Management · Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers. · Understand customer requirements, product specifications, forecasts, and expectations. · Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews, and project updates. 2. New Product Introduction (NPI) · Drive end-to-end NPI execution, including tooling readiness, process engineering, BOM validation, DV/PV builds, and ramp-up. · Coordinate with engineering to ensure technical issues are closed. · Manage sample deliveries and customer approvals. 3. Project Planning & Execution · Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and risk registers. · Ensure cross-functional alignment across production, procurement, quality, and logistics. · Track project KPIs: schedule, yield, cost, material readiness, and quality metrics. 4.
