The Resolute Group is supporting a major German Architectural and Engineering firm seeking to appoint a senior Project Director to lead strategic project delivery in Frankfurt. This position will take full responsibility for the successful execution of complex technical projects, including mission-critical facilities and data centres, from early concept and permitting through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Providing overall leadership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery across all HOAI phases

Directing and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams (architecture, structural, MEP, specialist consultants)

Setting project strategy, overseeing programme planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management

Acting as the primary senior contact for clients, investors, authorities, and key stakeholders
