Project Director – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment $170,000 – $240,000 + Super

Established commercial fit-out contractor delivering projects across education, government and commercial sectors. Strong repeat client base and consistent pipeline in QLD.This role will involve both operational management of circa 15 direct reports AND a good portion of business development- maintaining existing relationships & growing client base.

The Role

• Lead delivery of multiple fit-out/refurb projects ($1M–$10M)
• Oversee and support a team of PMs, CAs and site teams
• Maintain and grow key client relationships
• Contribute to work-winning alongside Pre-Con / Estimating
• Ensure projects are delivered profitably
