Job Description
The Production Molding Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling plastic injection molding operations to ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of output, quality, cost, safety, and delivery, while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and Philippine labor and occupational safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in plastic injection molding
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Injection molding processes and defect analysis
- Plastic materials and mold fundamentals
- Process optimization and troubleshooting
- ISO / IATF quality systems knowledge
