Product Development Manager

One Siscorp is a wholesale trading company. We're setting up a new product development division focused on culturally authentic lifestyle products - home décor, ceramics, textiles, and artisanal goods - sourced from craftspeople across Asia for retail and e-commerce. We're hiring a Product Development Manager to establish and lead this division and shape how we find, develop, and bring those products to market. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up role. It suits someone who knows both craft sourcing and design, and who's ready to set up the division's suppliers, processes, and product range. You'll spend as much time building relationships with artisan workshops and suppliers as you do shaping the products.
