Job Description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing agency‑wide procurement and purchasing activities within a highly regulated public‑sector environment. This role leads the full procurement lifecycle—from solicitation planning and vendor sourcing to contract execution and compliance oversight—ensuring all purchasing activities are timely, cost‑effective, and fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of public procurement processes, and the ability to partner across departments to support organizational needs while maintaining strict compliance and audit readiness.
