Conocimientos técnicos:
- Windows
- Office 365 / Google Workspace
- Redes básicas (IP, DNS)
- AWS (básico deseable)
Responsabilidades:
- Soporte técnico básico
- Instalación de software
- Configuración de equipos
- Registro de tickets
- Apoyo en inventario
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: No necesaria
- Escolaridad: Estudiante de Ingeniería en Sistemas o afín
