Personal Assistant to the Founder & Director
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate the Founder & Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Take accurate meeting notes and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), ensuring timely circulation and action tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational requirements.
Personal Assistance
- Coordinate personal appointments, including medical consultations and other commitments.
- Track bill payments, financial updates, renewals, and important deadlines.
- Manage reminders, errands, and personal administrative tasks as required.
- Support with personal travel planning and logistics when needed.
