🚀 We’re Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist (D2C Growth Role)

We’re building Cidra, a fast-growing D2C wellness brand, and looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to scale our Facebook & Instagram campaigns.

If you understand conversions, not just clicks — this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Build structured campaigns (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
  • Analyze performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Test creatives, hooks & audiences continuously
  • Identify bottlenecks in funnel (ads → landing → checkout)
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
  • Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands (must)
  • Strong understanding of conversion campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset (you rely on numbers, not guesses)
