An outstanding company with worldwide reputation is currently looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will report into Finance and take responsibility for the entire payroll function.
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a monthly payroll from start to finish
* Administering all statutory deductions, HMRC submissions and performing payroll reconciliations
* Resolving all payroll related queries
* Management of multiple pension schemes and additional employee benefits
* Day to day management of the team -carrying out one to ones, appraisals, supporting with training and development
* Looking at processes and procedures and making changes and recommendations
* Improving ways of working & implementing new ideas
