About the Role

Beacon Communications is a leader in critical communication systems installation and services the healthcare, education and commercial markets with office locations in CO, CA, and MN. The Payroll & HR Coordinator will work near our CA locations and provide payroll and HR support companywide. The annual salary range for this role is between $68,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate on relevant education, related experience, and other factors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll for both W-2 and Union employees—especially on public works projects requiring certified payroll reporting
  • Manage and submit Certified Payroll reports accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and public works requirements
  • Prepare reports through LCP Tracker and other reporting systems
  • Support regulatory reporting including payroll audits and tax documentation
