We are enhancing our commercial and construction litigation practice and seeking paralegals to support our corporate partners and associates, contributing to legal operations and commercial transactions with a pathway to independent legal management.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate partners and associates by conducting legal research to inform commercial contract preparation and review
- Assist in meeting with Client/Partners to take instructions
- Provide corporate secretarial support to maintain statutory compliance and governance standards
- Conduct client Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and manage legal files to uphold regulatory and internal standards
