**Job Description**
This role focuses on preparing and finishing interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard using a variety of painting techniques and tools. You will handle all aspects of paint preparation, application, and cleanup while following strict safety procedures and quality specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by sanding, scraping, masking, and repairing imperfections to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth finish.
+ Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers in accordance with project specifications.
+ Repair damaged or imperfect surfaces and prepare walls and other substrates for final coating.
+ Operate and maintain painting tools, spray guns, and paint machines safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect completed work for uniformity, coverage, and adherence to quality and specification requirements.
