Key Responsibilities
Liaise and maintain a strong relationship with customers, agents and Airline

Provide assistance and support to team members.

Follow and collect receivables from customers.
We are looking for

Accountable for airfreight Import queries from CSS Group sales and propose the appropriate service.

Accountable for pricing and sustained service levels for all airfreight import DAP/DDP/DDU, export ex works as well as agent inquiries

Commercial Liaison with airlines / freight negotiations for imports both longer term and for spot inquiries from sales/partners. Expected maximum turnaround time 30 to 60 mins with at least 2 or 3 option to be considering inquiries by the sales staff.

Responsible for entire Airfreight Import operations and international shipments movement.
