I. Job ResponsibilitiesPerform operation and maintenance tasks for wind turbine generators (WTGs) in accordance with established procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable turbine operation.Support scheduled and corrective maintenance activities, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, component replacement, and basic technical upgrades.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure turbines and related equipment are operating properly.Monitor turbine performance through SCADA systems and promptly report abnormalities or faults to the O&M supervisor.Assist in troubleshooting common WTG and SCADA issues and support efforts to minimize turbine downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.Work closely with the site O&M team and support communication with headquarters when necessary.II.
