**Monday-Thursday**
**Night Shift -3:30pm to 1:30am (20 minute paid lunch)**
**$20-$25/HR (Based on Experience); Quarterly Retention Bonuses**
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
+ 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
+ 2-3 years MIG Welding Experience
+ Must have the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/blueprints
+ Must have some basic computer skills
+ Demonstrated ability follow instruction, make decisions, solve problems, exercise good judgment and flexibility
+ High result orientation and time sensitivity
