Responsibilities
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on network products and services. Facilitate the expansion, upgrades, and rollouts of new network infrastructure including hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Collaborate with engineering teams on the implementation of new products/features and provide technical support. Assist with presales activities related to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Troubleshoot and resolve faults/issues promptly within the network scope. Analyze network performance and implement proactive measures to enhance efficiency through software and hardware upgrades.
