Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints from Spanish-speaking clients.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid passport and work visa (for foreign nationals).
- With prior BPO experience in a customer service environment.
- Preferably with a Training Certificate or Diploma (must be translated into English).
