Multi Techinician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing MEP system malfunctions ensuring optimal building performance and occupant comfort.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment including HVAC systems, generators and fire suppression systems minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure identifying and promptly addressing any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate solutions to critical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or vocational certification in a related field is highly preferred.
• Holds relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
