Microfinance Account Officer (Microfinance Loan Officer)

Responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork to promote micro finance loan products
• Source and evaluate potential borrowers through client interviews and background checks
• Process loan applications and ensure completeness of required documents
• Monitor loan releases, repayments, and collections
• Maintain accurate client records and reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned areas
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist clients by providing basic financial guidance and support
• Willing to be assigned to different locations as required by the company

Qualifications

• Willing to be trained and eager to learn
• Willing to be assigned in other areas
• Willing to stay in (if required)
• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
• Must have a Certificate of Employment (Hard Copy)
