About the Role
Ensuring application and implementation of Project Quality Plan in the execution of the Works.
Liaise with contractors/consultant’s representative on site to ensure that all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and completed and to ensure the work quality is achieved as per the contract.
Develop and implement quality initiatives and campaigns in order to improve safety culture on site.
Assist the Director QA/QC in the Vendor Tender Review Questionnaire for Contractors.
Conducting Quality audits and inspections on a regular basis to ensure that safe working practices are in operation.
Supervising the overall Quality performances. Collecting and reviewing Quality KPI’s.
Provide regular Quality performance reports and monthly statistics to continually improve Quality performance
Assisting in the Quality training of employees to promote awareness of incident prevention and damage control.
