Lead and develop a team of Project and Site Managers delivering customer projects end‑to‑end (from planning to handover).
Drive a high‑performance culture built on collaboration, innovation and accountability.
Strengthen delivery predictability by standardising project planning, execution and monitoring across clusters.
Partner with Cluster Leaders and regional stakeholders on delivery expectations, prioritisation, and resource/revenue forecasting.
Own the regional consolidation and communication of the Linac Demand Plan.
Act as the regional escalation point for project issues and New Product Introductions impacting order fulfilment.
