Job Summary
We are seeking a Programme and Project Management professional to lead and manage Employee Advocacy initiatives for the bank. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end programme management, milestone and risk tracking, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and governance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI and data analytics tools to drive insights, reporting and operational efficiency while managing multiple high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
