• Lead the pre-campaign analysis, preparation, and execution of lead programs and campaigns, as well as post-campaign analysis to determine effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Wealth partners by leading the design, development, and implementation of performance reporting and providing fact-based insights for business decisions.
• Synthesize complex data from multiple databases and schemas using hands‑on ETL experience to support campaign development and KPI tracking.
