Machine Tool Spindle Assembly - Asst Engineer (Singapore)

Requirements: 3-5 years of mechanical experience (machine tool/machinery/transmission assembly). Knowledge in basic physics, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, and measurement. Knowledge of basic electrical is welcome. Should be able to tear down damaged spindles, able to detect what is missing, worn-out, or broken, and find any foreign particles present and what kind of foreign particles each component has. Should be able to prepare a report with the root cause of failure and analysis. Should perform test runs and runoffs after completion of assembly. Should visit the customer for disassembly and assembly of the spindle unit.
