Job Title-Converting Machine OperatorLocation-Etobicoke, ON Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in a manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a Converting Machine Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for running converting machinery, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor converting machines during production runs
Setting up and operating Slitter, laminating and converting bag machines.
Adjust and monitor machine settings such as heat, speed, and tension for optimal performance
Operators load converting machines with roll stock of film (plastic). The operator sets up the machines to the customer's specification and the converting bag machine forms the bag.
Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product accuracy
