**Job Overview**

We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented **Machine Operator / Production Associate** to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate manufacturing equipment including:
+ Resistance welding machines
+ Brake presses and mechanical power presses
+ Saws, drills, and grinders
+ Monitor machine operations and identify malfunctions; perform minor adjustments as needed
+ Ensure all finished products meet quality and specification standards
+ Pack finished materials into dunnage and prepare for shipment
+ Load and unload materials and equipment
