- Oversee the LTL Operations team: Provide day‑to‑day support and escalation guidance to Operations Support, LTL Coordinator, and Operations Weekend team members, while fostering their personal development.
- People Development and Support: Monitor and evaluate decision making of team members; report network performance data to identify efficiencies and implement solutions; guide the team in collaborating with other operations areas; review internal and carrier tendering decisions and provide feedback; participate in training, succession planning, and hands‑on support.
- Regional Development: Monitor daily performance; identify network and operational improvement opportunities; maintain cross‑functional and partner carrier relationships; implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives; review carrier performance and support informed operational decision‑making.
