The Liability Claims Specialist in Commercial Automobile provides essential claims service and is accountable for managing a portfolio of commercial automobile third party property damage and bodily injury files. This role includes confirming coverages, investigating claims, evaluation of liability and quantum, settlement negotiations, mediations, pre-trials, and litigation management.
