Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team on-site in Valencia, Spain . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the iGaming industry and independently handle complex commercial and corporate matters, support cross-functional teams, and ensure the business meets all regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review a wide range of legal agreements, including commercial contracts (Marketing Agreements, IOs, T&Cs, License Agreements) and corporate agreements (Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to technology platforms, payment solutions, PSPs, banking partners, affiliates, and B2B integrations.
• Conduct advanced contract negotiations and independently finalize complex agreements.
