Learning & Development (L&D) Senior Associate / Manager / Senior Manager (Financial / Accounting / Audit Background)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Assurance Learning & Development (L&D) team. These roles will support the design, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs for Assurance and related Financial Services functions. The ideal candidates will have a background in Assurance, Audit, Accounting, or other Financial Services-related environments , coupled with strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and people development capabilities.

Depending on the level, successful candidates will be responsible for driving learning operations, managing training initiatives, leading teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of development programs that support business objectives and professional growth.
