About the Role
Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Mentor and guide a team of recruiters (once provided) to achieve hiring targets.
Track recruitment metrics including TAT, submission-to-interview ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche technology roles.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and documentation requirements.
