Overview

The Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer/Design Manager to lead our Design Studio Service. In this role, you will act as the studio lead, overseeing a team to produce high-quality, visually compelling communications for our clients worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on leader with advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically InDesign—who can manage team workflows and ensure every deliverable meets our standards. You will be responsible for maintaining strict quality control, and fostering a collaborative culture within our shared services function.
