**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires attention to detail in handling materials and operating various types of equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including proper storage of stock and in-process materials.
+ Safely lift and transport materials using overhead cranes, following all proper rigging procedures.
+ Position materials accurately on shear or saw tables and securely attach or remove lifting devices such as magnets, chains, and slings.
+ Identify, select, and retrieve correct materials based on work instructions or job tickets.
+ Perform and document pre-shift inspections of cranes, chains, and lifting attachments.
