Job Summary
We are currently seeking CREW LEADERS to manage landscape construction projects, including hardscaping, landscaping, bricklaying, paver laying, and related tasks. The ideal candidate will lead a small crew and oversee the construction of features such as retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod installation, paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, and planting.
Responsibilities
The crew leader will:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 1-3 crew members on construction sites.
- Coordinate work across multiple trades (concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, planting, artificial turf).
- Ensure projects are completed to a high quality standard.
- Assist with project planning, material coordination, and on-site problem solving.
Qualifications
- Driver's license and ability to drive pickup trucks (preferred)....
