This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Land Planner who wants to do more than deliver projects. The team is looking for someone who can step into a key role today and grow into a leadership position as the business continues to expand. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments while helping shape the future direction of the planning team.

• Lead planning efforts on a variety of high-profile development projects
• Manage project teams and mentor junior staff through entitlement, zoning, and compliance processes
